Notes:
[1] - A Vista subscription comes with one (1) user license. Additional user licenses can be purchased for the price indicated. Each licensed user will have his/her own login, and will be able to share surveys with other licensed users within the account or keep surveys private using permission-based settings.
[2] - Included in the subscription is a set number of free responses. A response is counted when a respondent clicks Submit. If you exceed the given number of free responses during a subscription period, you will be charged the indicated fee for each additional response. The set number of free responses renews with each new subscription period, i.e. each new monthly subscription period has 1,000 free responses. Unused free responses do not carry over to subsequent subscription periods.
[3] - Included in the subscription is a set number of free email invitations. An email invitation is an email containing a link to a survey or form that is sent through Vista to an individual. Emails sent outside of Vista are free, and are NOT included in this number. If you exceed the given number of free Vista email invitations during your subscription period, you will be charged the indicated fee for each additional email invitation. The set number of free email invitations renews with each new subscription period, i.e. each new monthly subscription period has 1,000 free email invitations. Unused free email invitations do not carry over to subsequent subscription periods.
