View response time

Vista records the amount of time each survey or form takes a respondent to complete. You can view this response time by generating a results report.

  1. On the Results tab, under Task, select Examine each completed questionnaire.
     
  2. Specify a date range and filter, if necessary, and click Continue.

On the Results Report for each individual questionnaire there is a Time to complete value. This value is the amount of time the respondent took to answer all of the questions in the survey and press submit. This Time to complete data displays in emailed survey responses, too. So, if you receive an email response with too little time spent taking the survey, you know the response is unacceptable and you can delete it from the results pool.
