Suspend an account
You can suspend your Vista account before the start of your next pay period. A suspended Vista account has the following benefits and limitations:
- All data is preserved for the suspended period.
- You can log into your account during the suspended period, but you cannot access results data, generate reports, or edit surveys.
- You can reactivate your account at any time by simply logging in and entering your credit card information on the Account tab; or, by calling or emailing your Account Representative, Vista Sales, or Vista Support if you are being billed for your account.

Stop a survey
Pause a survey
