Salesforce Transfer Error: Invalid Session ID found in SessionHeader
Error Message: "Invalid Session ID found in SessionHeader"
This error message indicates that the Session that is being used to transfer the results to Salesforce is invalid, most likely because it has expired (i.e. timed-out).
If you are doing a manual transfer through Vista, you can refresh the Salesforce session by doing the following:
- Save any changes to your survey and log out of Vista.
- In Salesforce, navigate to any screen. If your session has timed-out you may be asked to log in again.
- Login to Vista from the Manage Surveys tab in Salesforce and try the transfer again.
