Vanguard Vista Adds Custom, Specialized Survey Functionality and Services to Their Support Offerings

Cary, NC – March 5, 2007 – Vanguard Software, a provider of enterprise decision support software, has created a Vanguard Vista™ Professional Services Group in order to provide users with custom survey development and consulting services. While Vanguard Vista provides everything needed to create, launch, and analyze surveys in a Web-based environment, some users have requested additional services that go beyond the do-it-yourself functions of Vanguard Vista. In response to these user requests, Vanguard has created the Vista Professional Services Group which will provide Vista clients with the following services: building surveys in Vista from a user's specification (Word, Excel or text document), custom development of functionality not currently available in Vista, integration of Vista with other systems, and consultation on the most effective design of a survey. These services are provided at an hourly rate and can usually be quoted as a fixed price project.
