Vanguard Software Announces Integration of Vanguard Vista™ with Salesforce.com

Vanguard Vista™ Provides Salesforce.com Users with a Critical Survey Tool for Customer Support

Cary, NC – December 13, 2006 – Vanguard Software, a provider of Enterprise Decision Support Software, announces today that it has partnered with Salesforce.com to integrate Vanguard Vista^™ with Salesforce.com's AppExchange. Vanguard Vista is a Web application for creating, posting, tracking, and analyzing surveys online. With this integration, Salesforce.com customers can now see Vanguard Vista survey results in their Salesforce.com environment and have immediate access to survey data for reports and dashboards. For example, Salesforce.com users can use Vanguard Vista to build Customer Satisfaction Surveys or Data Collection Forms, deploy the surveys and forms through email or a Web site link, and see the results directly in Salesforce.com as it is linked to the associated Contact, Case, etc.

According to Salesforce.com, the application their users most request is survey software to measure customer satisfaction. A direct result of integrating Vanguard Vista through the AppExchange is that now Salesforce.com users are able to leverage Vanguard Vista's rich survey capabilities and see results right next to their other Salesforce.com data.
